There are clear requirements on how a residence should be handed over to the new owners. We offer a professional end of tenancy cleaning where we clean according to the detailed instructions of the Swedish Real Estate Agents Association, which estate agents are well acquainted with.

What is included in an end of tenancy cleaning?

We clean according to the cleaning instructions of the Swedish Real Estate Agents Association.
Window cleaning is always included in end of tenancy cleaning.

Kitchen

Cleaning of:

Fridge and freezer, inside and out. Freezer must be defrosted.
Oven, inside and out (including trays). If possible, also under the oven provided that the customer has pulled out the cooker/oven
Dishwasher, outside and inside
Kitchen fan and vents, inside and out
Fixtures/lighting dismantled and washed
Cleaning and wiping of cupboards, drawers and worktops
Floors, skirting boards, sockets, doors, frames, window sills and radiators

Bathroom

Not included in end of tenancy cleaning

What do I need to do before the end of tenancy cleaning?

Do not turn off electricity and water. We need it for the cleaning!

End of tenancy cleaning with a satisfaction guarantee

A guarantee is always provided on the end of tenancy cleaning! For an end of tenancy cleaning, you as a customer have a 48-hour guarantee on the cleaning. Just get back to us if you are not satisfied with the cleaning and we will come and rectify what we have missed.
