Hello recurring home cleaning

We wipe:

• All open surfaces such as tables, shelves, windowsills, etc. that the cleaner can reach
• Skirting boards and baseboards
• Lamps and switches
• Picture ledges and mirrors
• Door frames, door handles, and light switches

We clean:

• Sofa and armchairs with a vacuum cleaner, on top and under cushions
• Rugs with a vacuum cleaner (we do not lift larger rugs)
• The floor with vacuum cleaner & mop
• Fluff cushions

In the bedroom, we make the beds (change bedding if clean sheets are placed on the bed).

We wipe:

• Tiles above the sink
• Cabinet doors externally
• Appliances externally, including coffee makers, toasters, kettles
• Lamps (that are reachable)
• All open surfaces such as tables, shelves, and windowsills, etc. that the cleaner can reach. Also doors, frames & skirting boards.

We clean:

• Sink and taps
• The floor with a vacuum cleaner and lightly damp mop. 
• Rugs with a vacuum cleaner (we do not lift larger rugs)
• Place dishes in dishwasher (upon request)
• Empty the bins and wipe the area under the sink where the bins are thrown

We wipe:

• Vanity, benches, shelves, lamps, and other open surfaces that the cleaner can reach
• Toilet, bathtub, and washbasin from stains.
• Tiles around washbasin, bathtub & shower. Also taps and pipes
• Glass walls at the shower and mirrors

We clean:

• Drain grate on the top
• Rugs with a vacuum cleaner
• The floor with a vacuum cleaner and mop
• Empty the bins and wipe the area under the sink where the bins are thrown

• Ironing shirts (expect about 10 min/shirt)
• Cleaning the oven internally (about 1 hour)
• Cleaning the fridge internally (about 1 hour)

• Lamps

• Doors, frames, and skirting boards

We clean:

• Sink and taps
• Extractor fan, filter, and glass protection
• Rugs with a vacuum cleaner, rolling up rugs and vacuuming/mopping underneath
• The floor with vacuum cleaner and a lightly damp mop
• Empty the bins and wipe out the space under the sink where the bins are thrown

We wipe:

• Vanity, counters, shelves and other open surfaces using a ladder
• Toilet, bathtub and sink from stains
• Taps and pipes
• All tiled walls around sink, bathtub & shower
• Glass walls by the shower
• Lamps and sockets 

We clean:

• Drain grate on the top
• Rugs with vacuum cleaner
• Floor with vacuum cleaner and mop

• We do not wipe walls and ceilings with a damp cloth as there is a risk of colour differences occurring

• Window cleaning, done by our window cleaners
• Cleaning of oven interior (approx. 1 hour)
• Cleaning of fridge interior (approx. 1 hour)

• Each window frame counts as one window
• If your window has one window frame, it counts as one window
• If your window has two window frames, it counts as two windows
• If your window has four window frames, it counts as four windows

• We charge continuously £22/hour after the RUT deduction and incl. VAT. 
• We charge a minimum of 2 hours. 
• A call-out charge for materials and travel of £32 applies

• If two sides of the window are to be cleaned, we estimate that we can manage about six windows per hour, about 10 minutes per window.
• If four sides of the window are to be cleaned, we estimate that we can manage about three windows per hour, about 20 minutes per window.

Our window cleaning includes cleaning of window frames and sills to create a cleaner impression and make the cleaning last longer.

Yes, we bring cleaning agents, scrapers, and other tools needed for window cleaning. We are happy to borrow a bucket and ladder. If you do not have a ladder, we can of course bring one.

Cleaning of:

• Fridge and freezer, inside and out. Freezer must be defrosted. 
• Oven, inside and out (including trays). If possible, also under the oven provided that the customer has pulled out the cooker/oven
• Dishwasher, outside and inside
• Kitchen fan and vents, inside and out
• Fixtures/lighting dismantled and washed
• Cleaning and wiping of cupboards, drawers and worktops
• Floors, skirting boards, sockets, doors, frames, window sills and radiators

Cleaning of:

• Sanitary ware, also under the bathtub (the front is dismantled and restored by the customer)
• Cleaning of tiled walls
• Washing machine, tumble dryer and drying cabinet 
• Floor drains and vents
• Storage spaces
• Fixtures and lighting

Cleaning of:

• Floors, skirting boards, sockets, doors, frames, window sills, blinds and radiators
• Wardrobes, inside and out

• Cleaning behind appliances such as fridge, freezer, cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer is only carried out if they are pulled out and restored by the customer
• We do not wipe walls and ceilings due to the risk of colour differences or paint peeling. We only dust the walls
